雙語新聞：高考改革新方案公布 文理不再分科

BEIJING, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- An advanced national examination and enrollment system for China's schools and universities will be established by 2020, according to a circular released by China's State Council on Thursday。

To reach the goal, pilot programs will begin this year, and the reform efforts will be expanded nationwide three years later, according to the circular on national examination and enrollment system reform。The government aims for a system that will promote fairness and supervision and connect all levels and types of education, said Du Yubo, vice minister of education, at a news conference。

根據(jù)《國務(wù)院關(guān)于深化考試招生制度改革的實施意見》。考生總成績將由統(tǒng)一高考的語文、數(shù)學(xué)、外語三個科目成績及高中學(xué)業(yè)水平考試三個科目成績組成。語文、數(shù)學(xué)及外語的分值將保持不變，將不再分文理科。其中，外語科目將提供兩次考試機(jī)會。

2014年，上海、浙江將分別出臺高考綜合改革試點方案，從2014年秋季入學(xué)的高一學(xué)生起開始實施。此項政策與早期備受關(guān)注的“外語退出高考統(tǒng)一考試”略有出入。
